A medical graduate of the Université de Montréal some 20 years ago, Dr. Ghislain Rivet completed his residency in physiatry at Albany Medical College in 2008, as well as a sixth year of residency in physiatry at the Université de Montréal in 2012. A member of the Fédération des médecins spécialisé du Québec and with privileges as an active member in the rehabilitation department of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest since 2012, Dr. Rivet holds the position of electromyographer physiatrist and touches on the majority of the components of the organization in his professional activities. Still at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, he was a member of the board of directors from 2016 to 2018 before returning to his place in 2023. He also holds the position of Vice-President of the CMDP of the CISSSMO. He will join the team of Neurologists at the Brunswick Medical Center to offer his services mainly in EMG.
