Mireille Anawati is an internist who thrives on providing exceptional patient care and finds reward in educating my patients, colleagues, and resident physicians.

Dr. Anawati was born and raised in Hawaii, where she attended medical school at the University of Hawaii. She then completed her residency and training in Internal Medicine at the University of California- San Diego in 2011. Since then, she has been working as faculty at the University of Vermont Medical Center primarily as a hospitalist, but also staffing patients in the outpatient resident clinic. During that time, she was commuting back and forth to Montreal with the ultimate goal to transition here once I obtained my license and specialist certificate in Quebec.

Dr. Anawati has experience in all subspecialties of medicine, but is most comfortable within the fields of Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Respirology, Endocrinology, and Infectious Disease. Her most recent interest has been the application of bedside ultrasound.

Dr. Anawati speaks English and Spanish fluently, and is currently studying French.
